  • Great video! I have been biting my nails since I was a kid. I am 24 and just recently decided to stop b/c the small nail look was very unappealing to me. I have been going strong for about 3mo. and my nails are fair length but they are super thin and they stick up :-( I hate that lol. I will definitely look into the products you discussed...thanks.

  • love this haul! keep'em coming! i have weak nails that just grow and peel! i am trying everything in this video...

  • Thank you for sharing your nail journal with us. Your video was very helpful and informative.

    Thanks again for sharing. Blessings.

  • Great advice as always. I used to be a nail biter too. It was a hard habit to break, but I did it. I'm also a guy who admires long nails on women, so hopefully this advice will help a lot of people. Your nails always look top notch. And I love that pinky. hehe.

  • You made a great point about not holding your hands down under running water. I'd like to add a little something else. In a bad economy, every drop of water saved is a penny saved. If you're concerned about the environment, this helps too. And as you said, it's better for your nails! :) When you wash your hands, after you get them wet enough to apply soap, just turn off the faucet so they're not soaking in it, get your hands nice and soapy, then turn it back on when you're ready to rinse.

  • Great Tips!

  • Thanks for the info:)

  • Thank you soooo much for this video! Sooo helpful! I was never a nail biter, but I did pick and peal my nails below the quick as well, and I'm trying to let them grow out, and this video is officially my new inspiration!

    Huggies!

    Naomi

  • Thanks Naomi. I feel ya' girl but it's like all changes you make, take it slow.
