What is compost? Is it natural. if not how can it be good?

compost is natural. they use organic compost. it's basically worm poop (which is what makes plants healthy). it's made from vegetable and fruit scraps, as well as mushrooms, grass clippings, tree clippings, and etc. no mean or bone is put in it, only plants. The worms eat the plants and their poop becomes compost. then these people use rock dust, which contains minerals (good for us!) and keeps the wheat grass from molding.

Oh She was great. I also use wheatgrass juice as a fever reducer for children.
