A lot of these shots are pretty average. My suggestion- work on hitting the legs, consistently. Triple airshots should be your ideal aim.

airstrafe and dodging are might be foreign words for you, everybody misses airshots even pros do, though the match is made in 10 mins, I didnt made a 5 month masterpiece where I never miss airshots or sth

nope, cp_turris is done for trying airshots, your health will get regained every 5 seconds or something, you can find the map on fpsbanana

I understand that, that's why only regaining health when touching the floor would be a good practice to encourage soldiers to kill the enemy before they can touch the floor, ie via airshots ;)
