@xxxbeanerxxx a couple things to reply to here, but the reason most of those 'no bid contracts' went to haliburton was because there was no other company set up to do that work so no one else put in bids.
Also, many people who are now standing against Obama also stood against many Bush policies, especially the ones dealing with the economy.
