  • This is probably my favorite guitar solo of all-time. It does everything a solo is supposed to do -- brings the entire song to a whole new level of emotion and intensity.

  • yep, Ira's best solo.

ranks right up there with Bill Frissell's solo on Robin Holcomb's song "Waltz."

  • Is this not their best work? It has to be.

  • This one almost never fails to make me weep.

  • @Nimno74 me too, but it fells so great :')

  • his guitar solo sounds like he"s playing it on fire. and it dissipates like a beautiful memory. so much emotion, I cry.

  • @allaboutdatGDA Shut up and die you cunt.

  • @CrapHarry Just remember, you will always be crap.

  • this song is gorgeous, just love the bit at 1,25

  • I agree, this song is, very sadly, often overlooked, and it is an absolutely wonderful gem of a song... I also want to point out that Kaplan's guitar solo toward song-end (sounding like sunshine bursting through window blinds) probably qualifies as one of his best... and most coherent, and while I do love Kaplan's feedback freakouts elsewhere in the YLT catalog, he absolutely nails this solo and sustains its direction all the way through... Freakin' gorgeous

  • @jmh2277 Well said, an excellent simile for the most cathartic guitar solo I know of by anyone, anywhere. This song sneaks up on you, gets its hooks in you, and hasn't let me go for years.

  • I love this song!

  • Dude, thx for uploading this again.

  • My GOD I love this song. Thank you!
