  • Not as scary as the NES or Atari ST versions

  • 0:18

    Engineer: Nope.

    Scarlet O'Hara's Ghost: What the?!

Ghostbusters come in and suck her up in the vaccume*

  • Not nearly as scary without the music.

  • Scarlett, You forgot your hat and umbrella. :(

  • AHHHHHHH! JOAN RIVERS!

  • @Doommaster1994 i think u must've mistaken the windows version for the NES version. Cuz u chose speak, clicked on sacrlett o' hara, and u die! but in the nes version, when u click her with speak, she says "Thank you for coming back for me my love. You will be mine forever."

  • How do you get sound in this game? I have the exact same version but it has no sound in it. -.-

  • Go to Special > Sound Setup and have Windows 3.1 selected.

  • @Doommaster1994 Wow that worked! Thanks for the fast reply. :D I bought from my local game collectors store this game, he said it would be great adventuring game if you like the old ones. And do i? Well yes! And the game is awesome! I also bought in the same run the Uninvited and both Deja-Vu games. Im going to sub you for great and working anserw, nice vids also. :D

  • @Doommaster1994 Wow dude, youre 16?? Im 16 too lol. :DD

  • "Frankly my dear I don't give a...OH SHIT!!!!!"

  • In all honesty, the NES screen was much freakier.

  • @MrSmegheneghan Indeed. And there was no happy music.

  • @MrSmegheneghan Indeed, the one in the NES version gave me nightmares for 3 weeks and I couldn't sleep without having some Micheal Jackson music.

  • Do You Know What This Hallway Means "BEWARE!" xD

  • How did you get that to work? Is it just not compatible with windows 7?

  • Not sure. I tried it on my Vista and it worked. The OS in the video is XP Pro.

  • Were you running on 32 bit? Sorry for the badgering but this is one of my favorite games and I'm dying to play this version. I can't find a legit copy and the warez one I came across wasn't working.

  • Don't worry not a problem. I believe it was 32 bit. I downloaded this version at thehouseofgames . net. I also forgot to mention I don't have Windows 7 so I have no idea whether it works on there or not.

  • Same place I tried getting it. I guess its a windows 7 problem. Thanks anyways, awesome vids by the way!

  • Thanks! The only other thing I would try is download DOSBox and download the DOS version of this game.

  • @jinko17 I have Windows 7 (32 bit home premium edition) and I admit I had trouble running it at first(it kept crashing when I tried to leave the car) try setting the compatbility to win 95 and playing around with the games sound settings (in the game not the setup program that comes with it, i had to set mine to windows 3.1) and make sure your not running anything that would be using your sound card that's what worked for me

  • I used Windows XP to run what's in the video.

  • But you only wanted to speak to her :(

  • So let me get this straight; in the NES version, if you speak to her, she says something along the lines of "be with me forever," but if even a slight sound comes out of your mouth towards her in this, she'll rip your jaw off and tear your whole body down afterwords? That's messed up.

  • Indeed it is =S

  • wow this game is very nice

    ''you lost you fool''

  • Doesn't look a thing like Scarlet O'Hara. No silly hat.

  • Well, that was spooky. Thanks for the video.

  • No problem :)

  • I think I'll stick to the Amiga and DOS version of this bitch. LOL

  • it's like a skeleton from biology class in a dress and a wig XD
