i am not sure if u said can or cant but u can use honest with banisher. i went to shonen at Anaheim convention center and i had ask that question to one of the main judge's and he said u can. he said allot people think u cant but it get's send to the graveyard then removed somthing like that.

Sending Honest to the Graveyard is a cost to activate Honest's effect. If Banisher is face-up on the field, cards cannot be sent to the graveyard b/c they are sent out of play instead. Thus you can't pay the cost to activate Honest's effect.

Indeed, it doesn't go to the grave and then gets removed because if you read the card it says: "is removed INSTEAD"

So it never goes to the grave and thus you cannot activate honest's effect.

It's not because it was a shonen that the judges can't be complete morons :p

Yeah I want to run Dyna, but I don't think I can get them in time for the contest's deadline. Mole work really well though b/c it gets rid of synchros, and I won't have to worry about Ryko/Hoplomus/etc.

He does negate inherent special summons (DAD, JD, Synchros, Gyzarus, Herk, etc.).

ex.. Lonefire Blossom into another monster is an inherit special summoning, Thunder King cannot negate it either.

DAD, JD, and everything you listed are not inherits, going from what I know of this.

Inherent special summons are ones that allow the monster to special summon itself. Lonefire is not an inherent special summon effect.

Hey V one thing to consider

Waboku imo is superior to T-Roar in the BW and LS match up. Its amazing for baiting Honest and Kalut.

Im not sure how rampant GBs are in your meta but its always an option.

I was going to say CyDra but after your comment on it I guess no need.

I know what you mean, but it's effect is still really useful. He shrinks big atk/def monsters that are too hard for the other monsters to handle. He's really a better version of Shrink, so that's why I run him in triplicate.

Yeah, but you play around that. Remember that Cold Wave is HUGE right now, and you won't always have oppression. Even if you do have it, you don't flip it until you need it.

HL Gadgets look so nice. Ever consider Comp Evac's over D-Prisons? It works alot better in my opinion.
