@supersayanhulk Depending on the day anywhere between 3-5 rounds, and I rest as little as I possible can until I feel fresh enough that I can make it through the next set. Usually less than 3 minutes
@craigriches For a warm up I personally love to do five minutes of straight turkish get ups, and then another 5 - 10 minutes of joint mobility. I will post a video of my warm up routine soon! The get up serves as a great diagnostic as well as a full body primer
@Luv4Maynard Death by Chocolate! One of my old favorites, but I had to give it up for my diet. A small sacrifice can certainly make a world of difference!
