my favorite conditioners are motions cpr,ors,paul mitchell tea tree oil conditioner,elastia qp, and i always add hot six oil to whatever conditioner i am using.

hey love the hair but wat i use for my pre-poo is *Mayo *Oliveoil *watever type of hair conditioner u have mix it all together and slap it on then i do real big plats.. and leave it in for about forever... den rinse in and shampoo 2 tymes deepcondition den hot oil teatment wrap a towel around da hair(erykah badu) n let it dry like dat den leave in a lil oil bam there it is ...o and i do use my flat iron...havent had a perm in a hot min so had to do it ... hope i helped

u should try creme of nature condition kiwi citrus. it comes in a orange bottle and it make your hair so SOFT also it has organic ingredients. with that i also recommend the leave in conditioner. It also leaves your hair soft. AND UR HAIR CAME OUT SOOOOOOOOOO NICE I WAS FEELIN THAT SOFTNESS LOL

The pre-poos are lovely, aren't they? I was just like you after my first pre-poo (w/ VO5 moisture milk- strawberries and cream, coconut oil and honey). Now I do it every time I wash (yes, EVERY TIME lol), I also deep condition (I use Queen Helene w/honey and coconut oil mixed in) every wash and usually I don't blow dry or rollerset. Just airdry via braidout and silk wrapped rollers on the ends. I haven't done a rollerset in forever! Though, they're great, my hair is too thick! lol Great results!

I have a very good hooded dryer from Sally's. You can get a hooded dryer as well as those vented rollers u used from any hair or wig shop. Suave is good, that's what I use, but I use the Bio Basics shampoo and conditioner. Just that alone makes my hair soft, but I'm gonna try the pre-poo. It looks lovely!!

Oh yeah...it is great that you didn't towel dry/wipe because towel drying = frizz. I love Suave Tropical Coconut Conditioner (it smells awesome) as well as the V05 Moisture Milks (mainly Passion Fruit Smoothie), these are inexpensive. A more expensive one that I love is TIGI Bed Head Moisture Maniac and Aussie Moist.

I absolutely love to pre-poo! I have been doing for the past 8 months (since I went back to my natural hair). I co-wash (wash hair with conditioner only) 3-4 times during the week and only shampoo once a week (Sat.) so I always pre-poo before using my sulfate (but moisturizing) shampoo. I usually let it sit in my hair overnight and then shampoo in the morning. Always comes out soft, nice, and protected. Your hair looks beautiful!

You can melt shea butter and/or coconut oil and smooth on like perm ( he brush) for a pre-poo.

Very nice misstp, thank you for sharing. For moisture I use silk elements deep conditioner. For protein I use sally's gvp joico k-pack. For moisture and protein I use ORS replenishing pack. All of these are inexpensive and work very well.

You can probaly get it just as straight roller setting, check out buildable beauty and she shows how to roller set using the anchor method, you could also wrap you hair using the cling wrap after taking out the roller set and it will be super smooth.
