  • @JamesMcCloud .... okay so what is your point? my point was that gibbs IS the same. and fyi selling out(when reffering to music artists) is changing yourself for money and fame. anyeays gibbs still the same.

  • people need to chill with this "selling out" shit. you want people to rap about money and the high life but you dont want them to live like that in real life. its true what they say, everyone loves an underdog until they make it.

  • @ChrisBBeats1

Exactly, everyone says "Man Gibbs is trash now, I knew this would happen after he signed with Jeezy". But what is funny his music is even better now, the only thing different is that he is getting more original beats(Beats made just for him) and that is a positive.

  • @0194D To sell out means to make money by changing yourself for someone else. To make sales is to make money by doing what you do best by keeping your image.

    Gangsta Gibbs aint changed.

  • this song should be called the president lol

  • Fucc my bitch computer... caint never bump this nigga loud enough

  • @liz45zie

These niggas trip me out.. Just b/c he signed with Jeezy they think he sold out. If Gibbs didn't sign with Jeezy they'd be dick riding this mixtape right now. But just goes to show who the true fans are. If someone sells out they sell out, but this is not the case.

And doing a ep and album with MADLIB wouldnt take back the fact that he sold out IF Gibbs was a sellout.

But I'm definitely am looking forward to the collab tho. Its said to be under the name MADGIBBS. Sounds tight

  • @0194D EXACTLY! dude i was kind of worried when i saw he signed up w/ jeezy, but the collabo with madlib instantly cleared that smoke. I'm about to see the God himself here in a few days on Saturday in Minneapolis! Funna smoke mad dank blunts.

  • @DeathDrums

What? Why be worried just cause he signed with Jeezy? Freddie Gibbs is going to make the music he wants no matter what, when I saw he was signed by Jeezy I was happy because I knew Gibbs was getting more noticed.

Also if Gibbs did sell out, him doing a mixtape with Madlibs wouldn't "clear the smoke" now would it?

And whats up with this whole "The God" shit man, you a 5 percenter or something...whats the whole reason for calling humans "God"?

  • @0194D Excuse me, you fucking faggot?

  • @DeathDrums

lol where the hell did that come from?

All I did was explain you had nothing to worry about when Gibbs signed under Jeezy, then I said if Gibbs did sell out doing a mixtape with madlibs wouldn't clear that up and then I asked about the 5 percenters thing? What is your problem dude....

If you felt offended, you shouldnt have but I'm not going to apologize for the way i put it, b/c that is just how i word things

  • @0194D pslams 82:6 john 10:34

  • Who ever disliked this is a cock suckin ass B.A.N., dont shit out go harder than this, & he speakin that street shit that outsiders wouldn't know the meaning of...

  • this mixtape is a true example of a classic. 10 years from now this mixtape will still feel like it just came out.

  • Why everyone keep talkin bout this aint good and he sellin out first of all this go hard and why wouldnt he try to get this radio dis nigga gotta make money im tired of seein people say they dont like an artist just because just because they shit get played on the radio or tv thats what they supposed to aim for

  • @littlezack312 i agree with you but for me the only people i dont like are the people who just constantly rap about partying and stuff on the radio, for i dont want gibbs to do that

  • @littlezack312 its not the fact that hes trying to get on the radio, its the fact that to get on the radio you have to make music that a majority of the populous wants to hear, and what they want to hear is garbage, id rather have him make music that he would want to make, not be influenced by shit artists that are on the radio

  • That nigga Gibbs killed this song...I cant stop listening to this shit! 219 stand up man the tracks me and gibbs could make together would change the game

  • BITCH IM OUT FOR PRESIDENTS!!!!

  • president president

  • Does anyone know Sade song this samples? Message me if you know

  • dope

  • this beat is SO CHILL!!!!

Gibbs is too G for this shit but it knocks the fugg out speakers when bumpin

  • diss nigga right here keeps it real unlike these other raps

  • gibbs loves his swishers..

  • the reason people wont like this song is because, he in my opinion is selling out, and making music that the fucking people who listen to the radio wanna hear, his old shit was dope as fuck, he was my favorite lyricist, after listening to this mixtape, i dont think im gunna like anything new he gunna have to offer, hopefully i'm wrong

  • @smokethegreenbuds that's what I was thinkin bout too, but he signed wit jeezy so he's gettin all kinds of crazy beats now... I wish he signed with tech n9ne's label

  • @smokethegreenbuds

Wtf is wrong wit u?...Is ur ears clogged or sumn?...Dis Whole mixtape is crackkk...His most critically acclaimed project yet!

  • @Westernavekid18 critically acclaimed by who, did you ever think, its probably critiqued by the same people who do lil wayne, they have a complete different opinion on him then anybody who has actually listened to hiphop, not that gay ass shit on the radio

  • @smokethegreenbuds

By da people who actually listened!..It's not about what da "publications" critiqued it..Go look at Freddie gibbs XXL review and read everybody's comment ..Not one negative comment about this mixtape..Now go look at Wayne's Carter 4 review..They gave gibbs and wayne da same Score?...C'mon son..read everybodys comments..Nobody like dat shiit!..lol..Easily one of da worst albums this year..Gibbs shit is classic compared to Wayne's shit!!..He would destroy wayne on da mic

  • @Westernavekid18 im not saying gibbs wouldn't wreck wayne on the mic, but in my opinion this mixtape wasn't nearly as good as any other mixtapes freddie gibbs has come out with. this to me sounds like hes leaning a little towards mainstream sounding music, maybe you don't think so, if you don't then congrats, you have a different opinion on music then me. plus look at the features in his songs, it kinda proves my point

  • @smokethegreenbuds

How wuznt it?..Da lyrics,Beats,Cohesiveness..everything wuz on point!..And whyy is dat..because he is gettin wayy better beats now?..and yeea he got 2chainz,alley boy,dom kennedy,freeway..Not really big names..Except jeezy..he still givin you dat quality street shiit!

  • @Westernavekid18

everything was on point mainly because he got better as an artist.

  • @0194D

Exactly..I dont understand why dese people cant understand dat..They think jus because he signed wit CTE..he switched up his content or sumthin..he still da same artist..jus wit a bigger platform

  • @Westernavekid18 yeah all of those features that you named are mainstream rappers, i agree fully with smokethegreenbuds

  • @BuddaKanush420

And wut exactly is wrong wit dat?

  • @smokethegreenbuds I agree with you on that, I still think it's pretty good but he slipped a little, still think he is great and expect "Devil's Palace," produced entierly by Alchemist to be excellent.

  • @smokethegreenbuds what the fuuuuuuck are you talking about? this is about as far from mainstream as possible. you could never hear this on the radio. cold day in hell shows how diverse freddie is and it's his best project so far. i don't think freddie has crossover potential and i don't think he even has desire to achieve that status. listen to his interviews and you'll hear what kind of goals he has and what kind of lifestyle he wants to establish for himself.

  • @mmizzie

Thankkk u!..I been tryna explain dat too dese mf's!

  • @smokethegreenbuds plus, this is one of his most recent pieces of work after getting signed. he's gonna have features on his songs

  • beat bumps
