  • looks great! have you ever tried natural peanut or almond butter instead of the sunflower seeds, its not that bad! I'm definately trying it with sunflower seeds though!

  • That looks yummy!!

  • I will ave to try the banana thanks!!

  • You should try using banana in oatmeal. Stick it in before you stick the oatmeal in the microwave. It's sooo good!

  • Hey girl-are pecans ok instead of the sunflower seeds? E-mail me your plan.

  • Hi there wish me luck I'm starting tomorrow The oatmeal diet!!! Yippie..Luv your video

  • @Misklassiestkittykat Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy and I wish you success and blessing on your diet.

  • what exactly does oatmal do? i just started eating it kuz... i heard it was helthy... but i really dont know what weight benifits it has :(

  • Oatmeal keeps you full, has fiber to help keep you regular, and may help reduce cholesterol...

  • lol .. call me weird but oats with milk taste nasty .. I use water all the time and I love it=) .. I don't put all that extra stuff in it tho .. thats to many calories for one meal

  • I don't think you are weird. That is just your preference. However, the skim milk makes it extra creamy. The raisins (2TBSP) makes it sweet and the sunflower seeds (2TBSP) add the beneficial monounsaturated fat that helps to fight belly fat. The entire bowl is less than 400 calories.

  • yummy, yummy. I am adding this to my shopping list.

  • My pleasure.! The milk makes a big difference!

  • Thanks for the great idea. I'm always looking for new things to try for breakfast. I hate using water in oatmeal as well.
