When I heard the intro, I got excited. The music throughout is superb; but when the voice came in, it completely killed it. I thought her singing to this beautiful song was terrible and lacks passion. Her singing really screwed up my fave Bond theme. I've still yet to find a cover that tops Shirley Bassey's original. I'm not sure if anything can.

Get that she has a kind of difficult voice bu when she uses it well she 'smashes it' (hate that expression). This is insaneley sublime, cheers for posting.

Thanks for this, Peachmari. I like this better than the original - but then anything this woman sings is worth listening to. Check 'I Fell (So You Could Catch Me)'. New album soon, I hear!

Agree completely. Shirley is a top diva, but this Shara Nelson/David Arnold version is A1 - Top post.
