@bloodyrockfire I like bands like this and Agolloch because they are able to morph black metal into something so beautiful and atmospheric, Most of the times, black metal is not necessarily juxtaposed with beauty. Bands like gorgoroth and Mayhem all sound the same to me, with same music structure, cliche lyrics, same low quality production- i believe someone coined a term called "auditory liquid shit," to describe gaygoroth and emo borgir.

yeah, this is one of my favorite songs, I honestly hate any ssong's that are under the 6 minute mark and am a fan of progressive rock/metal and this is a very good song, after hearing it on youtube I went out and baught the album and it's a masterpiece. You can sit back and just be captivated by the work that has went into it, just perfect. None of my friends like it though and thought it was boring but they are hyper people so I figured that much... but I'm laid back so I can enjoy it.

@MwPrice102 - Well there is a lot of black metal which includes keyboard/synth to add to the atmosphere. If you ask someone who only listens to stuff like Marduk and 1349 then they will say that there can't be keys in BM but I think there can be as many bands (commercial and non-commercial) use keyboards. I listen to stuff that has them and doesn't. I personally don't mind. For me keys used in the right way enhance the atmosphere and chilling nature to many songs. But then that may just be me.
