I main chun li also. i also have a question. do you have any tips or advice on how to properly time her crouching LP to standing HP combo? i always seem to be off and it never connects. i know its a timing thing but i seem to have trouble doing crouching mid to heavy normals. any tips?

@dreamcastman1890 Hey I main Chun Li and I think I can help you out. When you go for a crouching lp. into standing hp put a standing lp in there before the hp. so like CR. LP, CR. LP, CP. LP, standing LP, standing HP. It makes it a lot easier and it still combos. The HP should be hit just a bit after the standing LP connects.

Do you use turbo? I have a stick and i dont use it cause it feels like cheating. But why would the put turbo on the stick if they didnt mean for you to use it?

@dsarraf24 Turbo is put on sticks to help you test combos. Sometimes you aren't sure if you can combo two moves together, and sometimes if you do know the combo exists, the timing isn't exactly clear. The turbo button lets you figure it out quicker in training room.

Turbo is not supposed to be used in actual matches.

@Seedly23 Xbox Dpad isn't made for this game, reason why most SF players use arcade sticks or SF-pads for this game.

It IS possible to be a xboxcontroller player on SF, but it requires very much training since the d-pad is pretty darn horrible.

So if you don't mind spending some money, try finding a good pad or stick.

@EKwisnek Yeah as nfs9 says that isn't necessarily true, yes most good players use sticks but a large part of the reason why is that the top tier players learned to play in the arcades, there's a few players who are coming through now and getting high finishes in tournaments with pads.

The Xbox pad I believe has been put down as inferior a lot but the Dualshock is quite popular these days. Plus there are a few characters such as C. Viper who are considered easier with pad, thanks to her cancels.

@runedarkwarrior What I have read before is that Youtube limits the initial views to 305 views so they can verify the views on each video before they accept it as legitimate. This is to avoid bots that spike views by refreshing screens. I'm not positive, but that's what I read.
