Jesus is the SON of God becasue the Son has full inheritance over his Father's household, and as it is, Jesus said that all authority in Heaven and earth has been given to Him in Matthew's last chapter.
Jesus was also male becasue in the culture and the time he was in, and according to the hundreds of prophecies and promises of God in the OT, the Messiah MUST'VE been a man; if the Messiah was to ever have been recieved by the people, he would have to come as man and not a woman.
MrTonys***80, I think you have fully isunderstood thr social ad historical implications of Jesus being the "Son" of God. Read my post again above. If it was God's plan to have the Messiah to come when he did, He couldn't have been a woman. No woman in that culture in 1st century Israel was ALLOWED to teach or preach... why would God come then as a woman when God intended to PREACH the Kingdom of Heaven?
Please don't make extremely ignorant presumptions.
beautiful point Tony. Just points out the parochialism and ignorance of Christianity and other religions..
On the same note, why is God always a He and not a She?
After all its the woman who gives birth.
This is all because this is an artificial religion created by patriarchal mysoginist humans !
Let alone finding the truth and answering deep questions. This is a deeply ignorant and archaic religion that is so outdated that Egy[ptian mummy's look like fresh barbie dolls.
Tony, as I said before, God could not have come as a woman if His purpose was to PREACH the Gospel... the culture would simply not have recieved a woman. Women could not be rabis or teachers or preachers; that was simply the culture.
Is it not showing YOUR bias that you fel discontent that it was a man, Jesus, anyway? DOn't be silly. You must take into account historical context.
The God / Elohim of the Bible has a personal name. His name is Yahweh.

WHY would you post part 1 and not have a part 2?
Ansem715 1 year ago
The big mistake done by christianity is to claim that, Jesus is son of God...
I just saw discrimination promotion...why just son...? not daugther
the god should send down the daugther as a helper for jesus...
