Well..when i used to do some ankle exercises i have an injury in my right ankle..it was twisted..i felt pain and a tumor in my ankle..thenafter 1 month the ankle back to good and i continue my trainings..after a weeks i relized that the left muscle is bigger than the right muscle and my left foot is powerfull than the right foot..i done many exercises in gym but nothing changed..now my left ankle is twisted and all my feets are not powerfull than before..Any helpfull ideas??
yo thats nothing,i pulled a muscle skateboarding and i couldnt walk straight for 10 months,and i still cant really walk straight and i cant move my foot in certain positions,not i fucked up my ankle and i cant walk at all
my understanding is that 'DON'T REMOVE THE SHOE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE'. This is to keep the ankle compressed and avoid too much swelling. If the ice is ready, then the shoe can be removed.
Don't forget that if you keep the shoe on too long, your foot can get stuck in your shoe via the swelling. Also a lot of people want to minimize the swelling, but you have to remember that your foot swells for a reason it doesn't just happen to annoy you.
im thirteen and just sprained my ankle at gymnastics today and nobody took me seriously because im young. so i had to do flips on it for another hour and a half and i cant walk on it. it hurts so bad!!
