no, Mugen is for linux and windows only. some have been able to port to xbox, but definitely not psp. Plus the makers of MUGEN dropped the project years ago. The work you see here is of modders and hackers.

It's MUGEN and you have to download(at own risk cause it can cause some viruses)it's garbage. you have to download chracters(you only get 6 slots)he has a screen pack(it takes some time to install the pack(you need to know alot about it. and you have to try each button and try to find out it's abilities.
