Hello, if anyone calls and says that they are you bank. Is best to tell them to send you the info by mail and do not give them any information. If they are your bank they should already have your personal information.....

They hire kids right out of school to do their grunt work....needless to say, their turn over is very high.

My mother tried to force me to accept one of the offers because of the pay, but when I asked questions or tried to look into the "company" I didn't find any info. Needless to say, I passed them over.
In Sept. of 2001 I got a statement for the credit card I have issued to me from my employer. There was a $3000 charge for two first class airline tickets. The card had been in my posession the time it was charged. Someone had stolen the NUMBER and not the card. The tickets were purchased on 9/11. Boy did that freak me out!
Be thankful it was them on that plane whoeever bought those plane tickets with your card and not you!! Not to sound bitter or cold-hearted, but what goes around comes around. They got what they deserved. VERY glad it wasn't you!!

Give info over the phone only if you call them using only their phone number in the telephone book not one supplied in an Email, the scammers come up with new ways to steal from you every day.

If you ever do enter that kind of info or call a phoney number, especially on a CC, cancel the card immediately via phone (using the phone# on back of CC) and get a new one and let them know what happened to you.
Scam alert: Make sure any emails you receive have your personal name in the salutation. If not, it's just phishing for your data and the web link is only there to get your personal info. NEVER enter your SS# or CC# and better yet, do not use that link telling you some cockamamy story about a problem. It tells them you are a real account. Beware!

Bank fraud is normal.
I've got fraud charge twice in 9 months, for "improper link" reason.
