Kanye has made good music, but he really only has 2 solid albums. Outkast has 4 straight up hip hop classics (SPCM, ATLiens, Aquemini, and Stankonia), 3 great albums (Speakerboxxx, Sir Lucious Left Foot, and The Love Below) , then Idlewild which is good, but not quite as good as the rest.

Plus, Andre 3000, Big Boi, and Mr. DJ of Organized Noize make up Earthtones III, which produced almost all of stankonia and alot of other classic outkast material.
