  • Lol he looks like a,monkey at the first 25 seconds

  • @msnamastelove u talking bout half breeds look in the fucking mirror and ur more mixed than galvia or me..irish english red neck etc..fucking idiot

  • Saw galvao cuople a days ago here in brownsville texas at chilis...puro valle!!!

  • @rsg956 Was he bussing tables? They hire wet backs don't they?

  • @MsNamasteLove what the hell is the matter with you where you watch Andre Galvo doing drills and a switch flicks on in that retarded brain of yours that says "Hmmm...I feel like spouting the most offensive, bigoted shit that comes to my mind, and then defend it with more retarded racist comments." ? Is your life that meaningless? Do the world a favor and ' \ ' your wrists in a shark tank.....please.

  • valeu a pena pelo camarada se exibindo...

  • Nice Body--Too short though.

I can't sleep with him because you can tell he has a little bit of Nigg in him.

But normally I like me some MMA Boyz. But, white ONLY w/ T@2's nothing that has been mixed with another un-pure race like this Guatamalan guy in the video?

  • @MsNamasteLove Guatamalan?! He's brazilian, and I'm sure he wouldn't sleep with you either.

  • @rylghnfnt Guatamalan or Brazilian? Same thing, both dirty third world countries. He does look gay so maybe ur right. But if he was straight he would love some of this real american woman. Oh well. Alot of these short little gay boys just like men anyway. No loss for us gals. too short for us. Give me a real man like Ryan Renolyds any day!!!

  • @MsNamasteLove seeing as you've got a mans arse and bow legs, i expect he would prob pop you one in the butt hole and not realise you were a woman anyway

  • @MsNamasteLove Brazil isnt doing as bad as you think in the economy 'love'

  • @MsNamasteLove kinda makes me sick your adorn the word Namaste, a word of love, peace and good will, yet you speak of whites being the pure race...hopefully you never reproduce. may every man make a point to NEVER fertilize you, and only skeet on your face as a way to indicate, "you are merely a whore, not worth making a child with".

  • @Madderhatter85 Still doesn't change the fact that he's a little porch monkey. Any self respecting Blonde girl like myself would never let some filthy half breed animal inside me? There's a reason Brasil is a 3rd world dump---it's all the black slave trade blood pumping through their veins. I'd let you sleep with me for $3000 Cash. Nah, just kidding. Keep spanking off your tiny-little pee-pee on the computer little boy! HeHe. You got owned.

  • @MsNamasteLove ..again, I hope you never reproduce. You are what is flawed in humanity.

  • BJJ is the reason every MMA fighter has a grappling or wrestling coach now

  • Vote up if you saw Blanka from Street Fighter 2.

  • @BJJHomos are you retardaded?

  • @BJJHomos i'm sure you say that to all the people you roll with at your school you pussyo. .

  • I would say 75% of the ppl couldn't do these drills...I'm a brown belt in bjj and I can do if I'm lucky half of it before i'm exhaused...lol...Andre is a BEAST

  • ROF4L= rolling on floor 4 life

  • @angryfudo

i dont think he would be able to continue eye gouging or biting when he is taking a nap on the mat.

  • @Ellisyounger101 dude im for the grappler here. Before you say such things do you even know who Ricardo Arona is?

  • What if the grappler eye gouges you or is intent on biting chunks off you? forget armbars and chokes remember its easier for a grappler to pull off these moves (biting, eye gouging) simply because of positional dominance. Think for a second a cannibal Ricardo 'King of Top Control' Arona trying to bite you.

  • ANIMAL!

    rock on!

  • @nighthawke2 Very effective! I've been practising BJJ for a few months and recently Marcos Bicudinho Maciel, Black Belt from BTT came to Portugal and paid us a visit (my sensei is also from BTT).

He decided to give us a huge class on how we could capitalize on knee to belly position... I was outstanded! Great technique and surreal Ground and Pound (the guy was really good and one of my favourite positions to be is now knee no belly)

  • @nighthawke2 do you reccomend me joining a proper bjj dojo aswell so i can master my ground game, or do you think im fine at joining solely the mma gymn where they teach you all aspects of the game including bjj anyway

  • @JordanDinstrumentals

I'm practising MMA and BJJ. If you want to have a great ground game, you better join a BJJ dojo as well instead of sticking by the submission techniques you learn in MMA (which are also great).

I still need a striking game, though :s

  • @theumbraseven lol kool man chrz for da info!

  • @nighthawke2 how long have you done bjj mate? im thinking of starting it, i know all the basic things about mount and side control etc however if im gunna do mma i think i should maybe go and train in bjj properly

  • @nighthawke2 i agree however , although side control is good, full mount is the ultimate dominant position to control and/or end the fight from

  • @JordanDinstrumentals If you mean in a MMA fight, probably, but not on BJJ.The number and effectiveness of moves you apply on both side control or mount can be equal depending on how you can keep that position.

  • See what people don't understand is that grappling is great to learn from a stand up point of view too. Learn their game, advance yours.

  • FANTASTIC

  • aha at he end kind of our shikko in aikido :-)

  • @burnyfication P.S. lolz Aikido. Good times

  • beautifull free flowing warm up, sure beats a regular pushup

  • hhmmm... looks almost like prasara yoga too with all the flow and flip.

  • An excellent display of technique and athleticism.

  • Ginastica is calisthenics. It's a way corrupt Brazilians rip off the Stupid foreigners.

  • @RDTProductions Ginastica is calisthenics designed for BJJ, not just for general strength training.

  • He's doing Ginastica Natural.

  • I know some of the drills but some of them are like wtf how do you do them lol

  • I'd like to see someone slow the alligator walk so i can see how it's done correctly, I do it but it feels weird, not smooth at all, anyone know where I can find an instructional video on the Jacare alligator walk Andre does here?

  • @RightWingCon81

Pretty simple, takes a little coordination.

  • @RightWingCon81 it's not hard. get low to the ground, move a hand forward, (say your right), then take your left knee and touch your left elbow. then move your left hand forward and touch your right knee with your right elbow. stay low the whole time.

  • I disagree, mount is much more unstable of a place to be hanging out.

  • Depend on... If you are attaking all time, mount is unstable... but if you are a fucuse on time is your place to be!

    GBP

  • @fj123 not if u have a good base i can hold a mount for ever

  • at second 49 does that flip has an specific name?

  • It's actually a capoeira move called macaco (or monkey in English).

  • thank u very much dude

  • I always wanted to incorporate Ginastica Natural movements into my training, I try to learn by watching, but the movements are so complex that I forget them by the time I'm suppose to use them in the gym to warm up.

  • Same problem :/

  • i did this in my room and got a bad rug burn . i need to buy some mats

  • ha thats probably a good idea.

  • Looks like a nice warmup. Should try to do something like this.

  • actually its andre galvao he is in WEC and he trains under Carlos Valente i go there, he came in today and i just trained with him.

  • World champion jiu jitsu anyone?

  • That is vanderlei silva ^^

  • no its not, its Andre Galvao. and do you mean Wanderlei Silva anyway

  • I wonder if anderson silva does this?

  • probably. they're training partners.

  • Irado!! Cool vid keep'em coming!

I'm gonna put this in my routine.

    viva brasil!!

  • tu nombre nuevao es el chango/ gorilao....hahahaaaaaaaa

  • looks likea good Drill !! I think I might try a few things from here after class (Thanks for posting Mate)

  • Awesome examples of ginastica natural

  • Lol, i see why all the Grapplers laugh at some of the comments on youtube. It's always the guys that don't know anything about it, that say the most ridiculous BS. It's always down to the eye gauge lol.

I laugh only because if you had ever been on the ground with a skilled grappler, you would understand how hard it is for you to do anything at all. But ignorance is bliss i guess. I think people should just take a few classes at a Good BJJ School, and then maybe they would understand better.

  • haha, x2.

But then again, let the unbelievers (non grapplers) be. When they go MMA they will know.

    Keep on rolling

  • NO MAN I'LL TOTALLY GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT WHEN YOU'VE GOT ME MOUNTED AND PUNCHING MY FACE. IT WORKS.

    lol.

  • How can you gouge someone's eyes out when your arms are broken?

  • I was making fun of people who think they can defeat someone trained in BJJ by doing crap like that. I wasn't serious. I was satirizing those claims.

  • OK. The BJJ mount is the most powerful position in jiu-jitsu. If a good jiu-jitsu guy's got you in the mount and you don't know jiu-jitsu...you're a dead man. I guess you do BJJ?

  • Yeah. And yes, mount is one of the most dominant positions to have.

  • it doesnt have to be the most powerfull position. i myself prefer a 100 kilo side control. mount is better for mma though.

  • im pretty sure most bjj guys would rather be in side mount than top mount if your doing just pure jj

  • @Mortido plus 1 for saying satirizing. thanks!

  • @siasti arms are broken then they use there chin to gouge the eyes......

  • Comment removed

  • @Mortido That's ok when you extend your arms upwards then you'll leave your self wide open for an arm bar.

  • @Future6114: Yes, unfortunately there are a lot of people who want to make up for lack of skill with an "eye gouge", part of it is that martial arts has changed so much over the years, it seems that many traditional arts are dying out. I think as far as traditional arts go, they are good for building character or getting a workout or preserving tradition, but grappling is so effective for real fighting, its unbelievable, especially BJJ. But I say dont mind them, just keep training.

  • @tonydelacruz45 Traditional martial arts are not useless, in fact the modern martial arts derived from these traditional martial arts. Look at Shaoling Kung Fu for example, people think that it is all about high kicks and forms but what they don't see is that Shaolin Kung Fu also had grappling.

BJJ came from the Japanese Jiu Jitsu which is also very traditional.

I study Wing Chun and it is one of the most effective MA in the streets but I also like BJJ because it is effective as well.

  • @Future6114 A black belt doesnt make you invincible. Never underestimate. Besides the fact that nobody even considers eye gouges or any strikes while rolling makes them all the more possible in a real life situation.

  • @Future6114 I did years of Muay Thai and it will always be my favorite, but god after I started BJJ out here in Brasil, I LOVE it. I hope to one day be a black belt, though I`m just beginning xD I agree with what you say, once you drop on the ground it`s a whole new game

  • I do Jacare and some other drills as well after class. Just to get a lil edge on my partners. Oh yeah BJJ is more dominate.

  • ahahaha he looks like me!

  • Looks like monkey kungfu...& i mean this as a compliment

  • Eh galerinha Andre Galvao eh Brasil!!! we got the best in the world!!!

  • I take judo maybe this can work for me. This dude is good in his moves.

  • Look up ginastica natural.

  • Thanks bro.

  • then why do bjj guys dominate mma in comparison to judo guys? i like judo as well, but i think if u had to take one or the other, bjj is superior

  • Buhhaaa superior bullshit... what an you retard!

  • please give me some examples why you are right then? also 'what an you retard' is not a proper sentence, but i'll assume english is your second language. royce defeated 2 judokas at ufc 93, 1 who was way bigger, remco. also the gracies have beaten a bunch of other judokas back in the day.

  • Actually you do need do give some examples or atleast some sort of evidence. see when you make a claim, especially a bold one, you have to back it up with something. i already gave you some examples, so now its your turn, otherwise what you're saying means absolutely nothing and should be discarded as nonsense

  • I'm currently practicing both judo and BJJ. I guess superiority depends on the situation.

In a one-on-one fight against another grappler I would prefer BJJ, cause the groundwork is more developed.

If you're fighting someone who doesn't know any grappling, either of them will do the job.

In a fight against multiple oponents, I would rather know judo then BJJ.Most oponents won't continue the aggression after a good throw. But I'd rather know krav maga or muay thai than judo or bjj in this situation

  • In a fight with absolutely no rules against an opponent who fights dirty (eye gauging, grabbing your balls, biting) I guess the effectiveness of jiu jitsu would be reduced.

Still, I have great respect for all fights.

  • i agree with basically everything you've said, except that jiu jitsu would be less effective with dirty fights. sure the jiu jitsu guy could get gauged in the eye just like he could gauge the other guy in the eye, but once you're on the ground, whatever you can do to a guy, he can basically do to you 2X worse, ex. biting, groin attack, gauging.

  • Judo blackbelts are equal to BJJ blue belts at my gym

  • hahahaha delusional asshole.......

  • don't listen to ojay67, judo's newaza is unrefined. Bjj is polished newaza

  • I incorporated this into my daily workout.. work greats.. I feel now I have more instinctive mobility on the mat.. Thanks

  • dude i love this stuff i do these warm ups every night

  • he looks like ronaldo

  • looks like halil mutlu

  • Ginastica Natural is way better than Scott Sonnon's work. This is from ARTE SUAVE DVD volume one. A great DVD, very good for motivation as well..

  • This guy kicks but in BJJ! He's doing Ginastica Natural movements. Scott Sonnon(on youtube) has exercises similar to these to help in your mobility.

  • Great vid.

  • Where can I find more of BJJ drill like those ones ?? Simply amazing !!

  • I wish i can do like him
