Yes, through Haggin, on UP's Sacramento Sub on trackage rights. That's how BNSF send trains to/from Gateway Sub north of Feather River Canyon.

I think that faded one is BNSF 554.

BNSF 554 is a B40-8W (4 axle). The one in the video is either C40-8W or C41-8W (6 axle) so it'd be between #800-951. Wish the lighting was better or I would have known.
