Ahh, the memories of childhood... I only saw the first 12 episodes as a kid (it's only up to the way where they find the legendary weapon in the pyramid) and two years ago I finally saw the rest. I was disappointed with how bad most of the later episodes were (though that rugby/baseball arc was awesome).

Still, I still consider this THE best anime ever made. The animation and story were both top notch.
