This is so boring compared to how I did this part. First of all, I jumped right when the music started, then when I landed I was in a huge gunfight with dual pistols. Next, when I interrogated the guy I threw him off the ledge when I was done. And a lot more stuff.

It was like a holy shit kind of moment... I mean that song just fit the scenario so perfect... I don't think I will ever get that again in a game... Simply amazing

At the point where he sings "jumping out the window" I just happened to throw one of those helicopter reinforcements off the helipad. It reminded me of the trailer. What made it perfect was that it was completely accidental (I just reeeeeally like throwing people off buildings in this game).
