  • You must watch closer and pay attention. Those are called options. There are advanced options and basic options. It is up to the participant to choose which one they are comfortable with. What kind of class would it be if I only offered one version of the routine? Pay attention and you will see that everyone lands back at the same spot, after they have finished their options for each of the advanced moves.

  • half those people could not get it...hmmmm

  • hi Shao!

All your postings are pretty inspiring! I teach step in Montreal (CAN) and went to canfit last august in TO. Was awesome! So hope you ll have a nice day and keep em cuming ;)

  • Hey you! I knew it was you based on the name :) How's it going? It's been more than a year since that sushi outing...time flies!

Anyway, yeah that's one of my classes. You won't get lost. You're a pro :) I do have fat! I just hide it well :)

  • Like your style, hopefully going to be moving to Burlington Ont. in a few months and I wll definately try your class, currently teaching in the states 5 days a week, this is so something I would try! Thx for posting.

  • Hi :) Thanks for the comment. Burlington is quite far from where I'm teaching (at least a 45 minute drive on the highway - Yorkdale Shopping Center)...But of course, you're more than welcome to pop in at anytime :)

I'm only teaching 2 days a week...wish I had time to teach more, like you :)

  • Actually, I do call it a "Leap Frog" :) Didn't know what else to call it :p

  • Wow, it's nice to see all the different levels in the class! I loved that!

  • Thanks. I try to provide at least one "easier" option to the harder moves so that everyone can mix and match the steps that they're most comfortable with :)

I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, I have a 60+ year old lady in my class and she's awesome!

  • I like that little bunny hop thing!!

  • Thanks, I call it a "Leap Frog" but "Bunny Hop" would work too :D
