I didnt used any transition at the bgeinning i cutted the scene as much as possible with sony vegas you can cut it much short with vegas than with windows movie maker if you do it like that it looks like it is in the beginning

for movie maker? split the clips according the framerate (roughly every 0:00:07~0:00:14 in Movie Maker) Then add a white screen you made in paint (use the fill thing then save it as white, import it and cut it so that it only lasts the smallest possible time [0:00:07]). If you don't have a good comp it'll prolly freeze. But he used Vegas just btw. It's possible with WMMK, I've done it before just hella annoying.

or you can just add a white fade in effect to each clip and cut the clip very small. Use the button under the wmm screen that is next to the camara button that looks like a movie reel picture. That is what you are going to use to cut the clip. But if you want a black flash, use a black fade effect to each clip. It's real easy to do

I did it with sony vegas, I just made them as short ass possible and put them together..in vegas you can make the clips much sorter than in windows movie maker..so you can't do that with windows movie maker..
