Worthy enough for the Dali Lama to watch. He probably does so on his lap top whilst his monks turn the prayer wheels :) I imagine he is a subscriber. Very relaxing, makes ones eyelids heavy. Very good.

Wow! I was hypnotised (and, for once, not just by Jeremy!) I practice meditation (or self-hypnosis) myself, and I would recommend it to anyone. Heating essential oils like neroli and palma rosa really helps.

It is so great! The music is touching and really relaxing, not to mention the pictures - Jeremy is always gorgeous for me :)). He was very spiritual, meditated regularly. I just love those eps where Holmes sits cross-legged.

There are a few pieces of music that help me calm down my mind and uplift my spirit, and this music is fine for that too.
