Kobe reminds me of an Elgin Baylor. Great scorer but too ineffecient and streaky to be classed in the top 5. He may make it to the top 10 greatest players maybe but right now Im rating him at number 12.

i also forgot about paul pierce. Theres many elements to a post game and kobe may be better at certain things but in overall post game the players ive listed are better than kobe. Passing out of the post, footwork, offensive arsenal in the post, efficiency, smarts,athleticism,physical attributes,teammates,offensive playbook. & alltime points scored in the post. Alot of facotors come into play when analyzing and ranking the greatest post players

96 on jordan was a better one on one defender and post player. PRE 93 he was more defensively and offensively versatile and superior. But in specific categories of one on one defending and post game he was better 96-98. He had a bigger wider upper body to absorb and put on players when guarding them. He still had quick side to side movement to keep in front of ppl. He wasnt the great all around scorer and defender he once was but still the best in the league.

the closest to jordans post game would have to be hakeem olajuwon. No perimeter player comes close to jordans post game. You have to go to the pf's and centers to compare ppl to jordans post game. Jordan is the best high and low post player ever in my opinion. Phil jackson agrees with me and has said he thinks jordan is the best interior player ever. Theres alot og better post up players than kobe so dont say hes second by a mile because hes not even second.
