Picture this scene- a guy in a bar (who has been there for a few hours) looks up over his suds at the tv usually used for boxing matches on Gelette Cavalcade of Sports and sees this come on. Charlie the bartender offers no comment. The patron staggers home and tells his wife about this tv show. The poor woman was just getting used to tales of cavorting pink elephants!
