2003 Dodge Dakota Rotors

Have you tried rotating the rotors as you hit them from the inside? It may take a while to break the rust bond between the rotor and the hub.

I'm trying to replace both my front rotors and thus far have yet to get the rotor to budge. Is there a trick to it other than tapping it with a hammer?
