Elemental Zanpakuto are very powerful in general, and she has dual elements, like Captain Ukitake.

We saw the glowy feathery verson during the flashback of his match with Hisagi. I think that is what that last move was trying to portray.

Ok, Kusaka Sojiro ISN'T a fucking Mimiick of Toshiro. Him and Toshiro were kinda like Brothers and Rivals in Shinigami School, and Kusaka Sojiro is the wielder of the twin of Hyourinmaru! I say this because he's my favorite Bleach Character and people piss my off with Disrespect Towards him.
