@AndrooCirce Right, it IS a foot fungus and that's just the start. This is so bad that the poor neglected patient will need to have that foot soaked in antifungal solution AND take some orally. PLUS, the podiatrist will need to cut those long nails and grind them back to appropriate level. This looks like a patient badly neglected, who needs to go to skilled nursing to live or at very least to assisted living. Short of that, aggressive home health care needed. Probably diabetic. RN
