You move your mouse to turn and usually left click to fire. If you have a secondary fire, it's usually right click. Left 4 Dead has right click = push, so go try middle button if your secondary is NOT right clicking. Left 4 Dead has MOUSE3 as the Scope on the Hunting Rifle.
