@marSo1592 my thoughts exactly.. at first. not sure if you google-translated the title but i guess this is how they "burn and prep" their takoyaki teppan's when they get those fresh and new. i didnt know about this at all but this is pretty freaking amazing considering how much effort they put in to prep their plates.
