The floors are actually very simple: just pick a floor/roof with the pattern you like, then choose the colors and you're ready to place it.

Please take note that some floors need to be lowered before they are on the right height.

well (long time since ive played it, lost the disk) when you add the 'kari oki' (i think its called that) concert. build it on sand and have sand paths for the entrance and exit (making the floor not concrete but sand ;-] key point there) and simply take the gates away! i reccomend making the sand paths before you put the sand terrain down as its hard to tell where it is :)
