I kinda like the idea. Cold nights, full of snow and a 12 hour trip.

It's gotta get at least a little boring at times. And you can only go so fast in snow due to the icy conditions.

I was more or less trying to make a joke. You guys in the train crews not only work work the long hours, but do it with minimal rest in between. I've heard stories from NS crews about how some employees started halicinating after so many 80-100hr work weeks in a row. They had no drugs in their system and in fact some psyciatrists found their symptoms close to battle fatique syndrome that U.S. soldiers of WWII in the Phillipines after so many weeks fighting the Japaneese around the clock.
