16 X 16 spaces? or 16 what? Also, how do you count across rivers and building and? Do you just estimate? Last, can you have TOO MANY trees in an acre? If so, how many is too many? Thank you very much!!

Yes, 16x16 spaces. And for rivers and other obstacles you'll have to walk around them while counting the spaces... It can be kind of hard sometimes, but you'll probable figure it out.

And yes, you can have too many trees.

I THINK the limit is 17, but I might be wrong. And some spaces doesn't allow trees to grow. No matter how may times you try; it will always die.

Also, only 8 out of the 25 acres need to be perfect for the town to get "perfect" status.

How did you make and keep your town perfect? I know you need about 3-7 flowers in each acre and 12 trees in each acre, but how did you know where to plant the trees and flowers? Also, I really like how you surrounded your gardens with trees. Very nice town. ^_^ And, if you haven't given up reading my endless comment, how did you make enough money to get your fountain? Good luck with your hybrid flowers ^_^

Hi! Well, a town consists of 25 16x16 acres... To make it easier to create a nice town you should probably mark the acres with patterns. Then you might want to cut down every tree (except the ones which already is placed in the right spot).

If you mark the tiles you want a tree in with a pattern you will get a nice overview.

I recommend having the golden shovel (it lets you use 100 bells instead of a sapling).

When your town is all planned out you can start planting!
