in my opinion the gameboy is better than the pocket because it has louder sound, larger buttons, and just fits in your hands right. to me how you hold them you hold the 89 gameboy like a cheeseburger and the Pocket like a saltine cracker. and the pockets screen blurs more to me.

I had a solid black one. Well I do but some of the tiles on the LCD screen are gone out. One of the columns on the very edge is gone, and about half of the tile column next to it. Man, I played the p-windin out of that thing. Between Donkey Kong, Tetris, Pokemon (Red Blue and Yellow) and stuff, it saw a lot of use. Nowadays I play those games on the Gameboy colour as the missing columns of tiles make playing annoying, but it was the stuff. RIP Gameboy Pocket.
