englander, i get as frustrated as everyone else about Royal Mail being continuously late and losing the occassional parcel. But its not their fault, the people there do their best to provide a necessary service despite an uncaring goverment. If we gave them more support their services would vastly improve, and they might even get a long deserved raise. They cant help the current Royal Mail condition any more than you cant help having a small penis. At least they own up to it though. :D

try asking tnt how much to acutally deliver the post you give them instead of using royal mail themselves. its your wallet that'll be bleeding then. the only reason u use tnt is cos theyre cheaper + royal mail isnt allowed to undercut them by the regulator. yeah, they sell RM off + subsidise a company with a multi billion pound turnover
