  • i really like the background music during the comment reviews... what is it?

  • Wait, how does this video have to do something with about Emma Stone loving sex?

  • @robertslifetoday - That the entire plot of the main movie reviewed here...

    Did you even bother watching?

  • @JPizzle1122 Watched the whole video but well maybe I'm just stupid. I didn't hear you say Emma Stone loves sex there.

  • @evilhomer226

XD one o the best lines from that movie!!! Ahahahaha!!!!!

  • Ghguuugvggvggvggbyhogxhcoughgcchhxgjcxxxxhip. ,that is all I have to say , good day America

  • I liked Easy A .

  • I think Easy A was the best film of 2010 xx

  • Just watched Easy A, absolutely loved it, great film. (I know its late but who cares.)

  • @mackysplace - I still care! I love reading the comment-reviews, so thanks :)

  • huh, i thought "The American" was about fat men eating cheeseburgers for 2 hours.

  • Is he a Jew?(just asking)

  • @bestever41 - No... but why do people keep asking?

  • @bestever41 Why does everyone think that? He is NOT

  • WHERE ARE THE TITS! oh this is youtube -_-

  • If this isn't an example of purposefully misleading titles, I don't know what is. The fact that you sully a perfectly decent movie review show with these obviously sexual based titles is pathetic. No wonder your audience is mainly under 25 and 80% male. You need to stop doing this, finding excuses to put words like "Sex" and "Nude" in the titles, it's insulting to your viewers.

  • @TornadoCreator - Well, my audience came and went - this video was posted for 8 months, and had completely plateaued before I changed the title. The salacious titles help bring in new viewers on months-old videos. It might be deceptive, but it is effective.

  • @JPizzle1122

Fair enough, but it's still insulting to your viewers and technically it's against the YouTube user guidelines to use misleading titles and thumbnails, your videos could be flagged and removed for it, and your channel closed if you get three strikes. Just fair warning.

  • @TornadoCreator - Please don't tell me how to do my job, thanks.

It is salacious, but it isn't misleading - this video involves teenagers who crave sex, and I discuss that point in the video, with footage of said teenagers.

  • @JPizzle1122

Don't tell you how to do your job?!. You arrogant prick. For that I'll now be flagging your videos for breach of YouTube user guidelines. I did enjoy your videos but you're so blatantly breaking the rules, that I'd rather you get taught a lesson and miss out on your show. I told you it was insulting and could get you banned, the correct response is "thanks for the warning, I'll keep it in mind". Now, sod you. PS: This is YouTube, not your "job", get some perspective.

  • @TornadoCreator - I'm sorry? It's not my job?

Hahaha - then where'd the money came from that I bought my house with? Way to fail dude...

And none of my videos are a breach of the CG or TOS. Trust me - I know.

  • @JPizzle1122

Yes they are, "Do not upload content with misleading or inaccurate metadata including video thumbs, titles, tags, and category. This abuse leads to a bad user experience on the site". This is a direct quote from the partner content policy guidelines and I'm in the process of reporting your violations now. With the number of videos you have with this violation you could lose your channel for repeated violations.

  • @TornadoCreator - This is a review about Easy-A... which is all about attractive teenagers wanting to have sex with each other. I choose a title that reflects the content of the film/my review, but one that does so in a provocative manner. It isn't against the TOS, it's just good marketing. No need to be a prude about it... and I apologize for my harsh reaction, but it isn't your place to come in here, and lecture me on the "three-strikes" rule.

  • @JPizzle1122

At no point in your title are the words "Movie", "Film" or "Review". Every possible method of flagging or reporting you is blocked. Apparently the rules don't apply to certain partners, so congratulations you win. Still I hope you're happy knowing that movie-buffs like myself find your titled degrading, and that your audience is almost entirely made up of horny teens. Do you want fans or just views? You could be a respected reviewer, the online equiv. Ebert, not a cheap view-whore.

  • @TornadoCreator - No, they're not in the title - because, as I explained - that isn't as effective. This is the game, it's how YouTube works - I'm sorry you don't understand that. Fans or views? I'd love both -- but after 8-months, all my "fans" came and went... and this video was dead in the water. It's a marketing tactic, nothing more.

Care to apologize for your "not your job" comment?

  • @JPizzle1122

Well, that's upsetting. I'm sorry you feel you have to resort to those kind of tactics to get views, your reviews are good enough to stand on their own merit.

As for my comment, if YouTube revenue makes you a living, good for you, but watching movies and making a 6 min video each week will never be a job. You don't have a job, you're one of the lucky sods in this world. Seriously though, I meant no ill will against you, I just felt insulted by the low brow marketing techniques.

  • @TornadoCreator - Well, ill-will was taken... because I work 60+ hours a week on my content, and I earned a college degree in my craft - so trust me, it's a real job with a real paycheck, and real taxes.

  • @JPizzle1122

Really? 60+ hours a week? On what exactly. I know high production value videos take a while to make, but even with the green screen work, editing etc. your videos shouldn't take more than ~10 hours to make surely but fair enough, I'm not claiming you don't put the effort in, but seriously... you watch movies for a living, that's fucking awesome, it certainly beats flipping burgers or mopping floors. Anyway, I'd rather not argue, you seem like a decent guy and I was overly harsh.

  • @TornadoCreator - well, for one, Movie Night is one of six shows I regularly produce on my two YouTube channels... an average episode of this show takes like 8 howours to script, film, and edit. It's skilled work, but not necessarily "hard" work.

  • @Jon

Right, OK, to be fair looking at your other channels, you clearly put a lot of effort and time into all your shows... you still have an awesome job though.

  • @Jon You should have sold tickets to this fight lol. Like your tie btw ;)

  • i bet he looked down everytime

  • i was looking for porn and i find this?? '

  • dumb shit thinks he has a real show

  • @lust4sig - You're the dumb-shit for thinking this is somehow "fake"...

It exists, it has a schedule, a budget, scripts, equipment, an audience, and it generates thousands in revenue. I can assure you, it is very "real".

    Way to fail.

  • @JPizzle1122 nice one J

  • @JPizzle1122 budget of what $12.24 lmao haha

  • @TheKogo22 - Well, once you factor in the recording equipment, the lights, the suit, the software, the computer hardware, and my time... the budget is actually closer to around $20,000 per season.

Which, if I'm correct, is slightly more than $12.24...

    / SO THERE'S THAT.

  • I like this movie when I first saw it long ago I really watched it closely.

  • I thought "the american" was an interesting attempt at a modern film noir.

  • I like how you think just because you helped make the show " Is it a good idea to microwave that?" you think your cool, GTFO

  • @TheJordie1994 - Well let's get one thing straight, I didn't "help make" TMS... I was the reason it existed at all, okay, asshole?

  • @venomchris - Um... I'm not Jewish?

    Way to fail, chief.

  • @JPizzle1122 lol so u look like that by choice and not by obligation lol? thats a fail bro. but hey its all good, this review was pretty legit.

  • @venomchris - I don't understand how I look Jewish... I'm wearing a suit, and I combed my fair... are you just intolerant to Jews?

  • @1:26 how can you "literally" steal a scene?!?!

  • winkyface

  • @Nino1911Brown - STFU.

See? We could both boss each other around for no damn reason!

  • Emma Stone? ZOMBIE LAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is it a good idea to microwave this

  • see Easy A rated great why make the tittle "emma stone is a whore" that makes no sense

  • @MsIBite - because, in the movie - she plays a whore. And it's effective marketing.

  • @JPizzle1122 i understand that but if your going to be doing a video thats not just about that specific movie why not think of a different tittle, but at the same time nevermind cause i dont really feel like going back and forth commenting about this :S

  • @MsIBite - There are usually two reviews in each video, sometimes more, sometimes less. Often, I pick a title based on the more popular film I'm featuring.

  • @JPizzle1122 ahh gotcha

  • Your the whore NOT emma stone.

  • @BangBingBing - Hey bro, thanks for being a jackass, and not paying attention to the video at all.

    Really appreciate the hateful ignorance.

  • Ich fand es nicht so gut

  • I was taken to see easy A... I literally managed to get 20 minutes... Still better than revision though.

  • Can you make a review in a better world.

  • "Once we watch The Bucket List, we can tick off "watch the Bucket List" from our Bucket List!" XD

  • The Other Guys was absolutly hilarious; it was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time! Everyone in it is perfectly casted and they do a great job. It has fun action and a fun plot.

    9/10

  • Dinner for Shmucks was a pretty fun and funny time. The performances were good even Paul Rudd who I usually can't stand, but in this he didn't bother me. Also, The story played out good. I felt the plot was a little too much like the 1996 black comedy, The Cable Guy. I still enjoyed alot of Dinner for Shmucks.

    7.5/10

  • i found 'the american" to be much like "no country for old men"in that i waited the entire movie for something to happen or for it to get interesting but it never did. and in the same way the ending wasnt satisfying either. 2/10

  • The Other Guys us a hilarious film, I saw it with some friends and we were laughing for a good portion of the movie.

I'd see it again anytime 9/10

  • There is Trying to be naughty brides "benaughtyman.info"

  • a lot of the scenes and descriptions of "The American" in this episode make the movie seem a lot like "Hitman".

  • @dddfeardi - Hitman was must faster-paced though.

  • @JPizzle1122 yes, yes it was. I've never been a big movie-goer (or watcher, for that matter). However, I did find both Hitman and The American very, very well-made.

  • @JPizzle1122 i think of this being a documentery mode of hitman

  • this is crazy to me, i thought easy a was utter bullshit on film 4/10 (and thats generous)

  • i want a refund its shity

  • for once youre not ugly

  • look at 3:03 I bet u he can suck his own dick

  • @ohmy121 i didnt know that! awesome!

they are not so popular here so i don't know about their past activities :\

  • The Other Guys was a great movie, with a lot of great, classic humor. Although, there was 1 or 2 scenes i felt to be a little much, as in "that wouldn't really happen". 7/10

  • dinner for schmucks made me laugh out loud the whole time but started off very slow 9/10

  • Your vioce sounds epic when you have a cold.

Yes I just realized I spelled voice wrong I just to lazy to go back and delete it, which doesn't make sense considering I just typed thirty-three more words than I wanted to.

  • You should keep this voice. :)

  • Hello, Mr. Paula. I have been a longtime fan of your work on The Microwave Show and I just want to say that I enjoy Movie Night so much more. Very insightful and miles better than any movie review show on TV. I truly mean that.

On a side note, I did check Dinner for Schmucks and I found it to be hilarious. It had a surprisingly good supporting cast and I thought the plot was very impressive. I am a person that rarely gives out anything 100% (I am a teacher), so I will give that movie a 9/10

  • john has a beautiful voice! he should host some shows on radio or tv :)

  • @MsRustySpoon - I have.

  • @JPizzle1122 didnt you have a radio station or am i mistaken?

  • @6606devil69 - Not one personally, no.

  • @JPizzle1122 i agree man emma stone is a whore :P

  • @MsRustySpoon he actually used to do radio

  • @MsRustySpoon he would have to get a lot of colds then...

  • Will Ferrel has been in so many films I have watched lately.

  • The Other Guys: Absolutely hilarious film for anyone. Wil ferrel is astounding as always along with mark walbergs seriousness that makes for a comedic duo. Loved this film and so did my parents. 10/10

  • we just finished watching easy a in math class and here i find this video in my sub box!

  • The Other Guys: great comedy with great acting by Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrel. This movie is great and action-packed, although some of the jokes can seem forced. 8/10

  • The Other Guys, a great comedy. I loved the two main characters and they were very grat together. New, and refreshing, though similar to hot Fuzz I still give it a 10/10

  • Your voice sounds epic!

  • I dont care if Emma Stone is a whore... shes still hot

  • I like the sound of The American, might have to look at it.

(I'm Media College Student, currently doing a course assignment in which we have to construct 2 minutes of a Thriller movie. Should be helpful at the least).

  • Dinner for schmucks: FUNIEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! It's that funny! I give it a 20/10 its so funny

  • Everyone Type "Won" Before youtube.com

  • I give "Movie Night" 9/10 for presentation, a very well produced show!

  • I'm glad your beard is filling in. seriously, it was awful. looking better now though.

  • hey jon what do you think about once upon a time in america? i think it's amazing how it developes a story and keeps it up and interesting over four hours...

  • Diner for schmucks was decent i say its a 7/10

  • Diner for smucks was the worst comedy I saw this year, its hard to believe such a good cast let a terrible movie like that happen. 1/10

  • Diner for smucks was the worst comedy I saw this year, its hard to believe such a good cast let a terrible movie like that happen.

  • Your rate-o-matic isn't a fair test as only people who think it's going to be good will watch and review it...

  • @DdlyHeadshot no one will ever watch a movie they think will be bad unless its something so bad you want to laugh at how bad it is

  • "dinner for schmucks" was an alright comedy it was good for a few laughs but lacked a solid story overall i give it a 7/10

  • hey

  • The Other Guys had it's here and there comedies and had a very funny romance, there were parts where you'd be laughing, and part where you just sat there it was great comedy but the action in it was kind of lame. 7/10

  • 'The Other Guys' was an amazing movie that made me chuckle mostly through-out all the scenes. The plot isn't very unique, but you will find a few bits in the movie that were completely unexpected. 9/10.

  • i love emma stone so hot

  • You sound better with a cold.

  • I thought the other guys was pretty good, definetly better thanI thought it was going to be.There too many laugh out loud moments but when there was there good.Themovie was funny but it was no stepbrothers,8/10.

  • I gotta give you props, you still make videos even though you should rest, thus showing you really and truly care about the viewers and making sure the viewers get enough content, I gotta thank you for that!

  • feel better man

  • The Other guys is very funny comedy with probably the best casting in a comedy film this year. Almost every minute had comedic greatness in it. It's also fun how you can see the great cliche storyline of 2 underdogs saving the day and being heroes. I loved this film, I wish there were more like it. 10/10

  • I loved "The Other Guys." I watched the unrated version and it was just funny all around. There were a few parts that weren't too funny though. But, the acting was great the plot wasn't that bad either. I was definitely entertained. 9/10

  • Tangled: funny and cute!! All fear the all mighty frying pan!!

  • The Other Guys: Not as funny as I thought it would be, but still pretty good. Samuel and Dwayne's leap was fun. 7/10

  • i had sex twice in the theater while watching this movie

  • Jon...Did you score it 9 because there was a hot girl in it XD

  • you should review Yogi Bear, that new film that came out, i wanna see how it rates

  • American is another shot at oscars by clooney

  • @ssj720 - Yea, except it wasn't released in the fall.

  • The Other Guys had a great but some what unrealistic story line, the cast was amazing especially the Rock and Samuel L Jackson 9/10

  • Hey Jon, have you considered doing a "B" movie special? You know, covering made-for-TV movies? Then again, some of them are total garbage. Ex: I thought the 1997 remake of "The Love Bug" was okay, but had too much CGI treatment. Plus, did they have to make that one guy a total stoner? Just throwing one out there. :P

  • @the06bug - Not a bad idea...
