@killallo12 Its -10%. If you are holding a Friend Bow, it boost chances to recruit any Pokémon by 10%, making Rayquaza now at 0%, a no chance. If you are level 30-39, it boosts by 5%. Level 40-49 is 7.50%. Level 50-59 is 10%. 60-69 is 12.50%. 70-79 is 15%. 80-89 is 17.50%. Level 90-100 gives you a major 25% chance boost. If you were level 90-100 and held the Friend Bow, you would have a very large, 35% chance boost, making Rayquazas chance of joining 25%. Thats a 1 out of 4 chance...

It's almost impossible to get this guy: he has -10% recruit chance. At level 50-59, it's 0(at 50-59 level, you get 10% bonus), and due to obvious reasons, it's hard to level up without grinding like crazy :(

you get surf in solar cave F20 but you need a pokemon that can walk on water

and if you have one and you go again for the second one you will find link cable instead

Cameron 7459 this is a glitch that works everytime when recruiting -10% chances ONLY like rayquaza and groundon and deoxys. 1st you need to attack them twice with NORMAL not special attacks then throw a reviver seed at them so they take 1 damage then keep attacking them with NORMAL attacks only this only works with mystery dungeon blue and red not explorers of dark time.

You can only start recruiting him with a lv 61+ pokemon (unless you hold the friend bow). This is because Groudon is -10% recruitment and the level recruitment bonus hits 12.5% at level 61.

for everbody believing rumors like running around or get to the end of the room will help you recruit is nothing but false.the best chance is to have a 90+ pokemon(cuz it gives u 24% recruiting)and with a friend bow(10% more i think).now to recruit groudon easily is get those requirements and go to the mid stage(the place with the save state but you are still in the dungeon) and save.cant beat it,restart system and try again til u succeed but of course cant get it during storyline(first fight)

Here's the easiest way to recruit groudon. Get a friend bow and if you can a level 100 poke, if you cant bring the highest level poke you can and make sure there is only one pokemon in your party. The higher the level of your pokemon the easier chance it is to recruit.

groudon is NOT that easy folks which don't have that game to recruit REALLY REALLY REALLY HARD (but i have him)here is how i did it

first walk in every direction then make HIM go into the fire and i took only once to recruit him (if you are having trouble take a friend bow (just to be safe)
