Please remember that India is a poverty stricken country with over a billion people. Now just because they are poor does not mean they are stupid aswell. They will work and work hard what ever it takes to make a living and I can assure you that you can hire their very best for way less than $ 700 a month.

You are right. BUT....problem is that Americans do not want Indians involved in their air travel. I worked in customer service in a company that used India, and I can assure you that 25% of people called announced that they did not like Indians taking their calls, making reservations or fixing their itieneries. One legacy airline, I know of, has lost signifigant trust of the American people as well as it's reputation because of this issue.

Hey Cino1, you prefer certain type of passengers ? Think again. A passenger never asks an airline for any cabin crew, make it known and passengers can help themselves to eating etc, and even running out of the plane if a situation arises. And you ? Go back home if you find passengers on your flight are not good-looking as per your standards or suggest to your boss you choose who pays revenue to your airline. GROW UP !!

Maybe by outsourcing flight attendants NWA will get better looking flight attendants than the ones they currently have. Specially those old ugly flight attedants in their Pacific Routes.
