This program didn't work for me. I mean, it was good as far as basics in treating Anxiety, but she talked about herself WAY too much. It wasn't until I did CBT4Panic (google it, and its a TON cheaper than this program) that I saw a DRASTIC reduction in my panic. I'm down to around two panic attacks a year vs spending weeks in panic mode.

Hard to admit I had anxiety, and even depression, even harder to know where to start when wanting to fix my issues.

I believe this program won't work if you think you can't do it and are skeptical. It works for ppl who truly want to help themselves. Nobody can MAKE anyone do anything. Ppl want to change, that's why they get it. I was tired of others trapping me more than I was myself my whole life. Saying the program might not work if Lucinda's husband committed suicide-God bless him- is baseless, especially standing up to countless success testimonials. We didn't know him or what he was dealing with.

For the most part I am a fan of the program. Its important to seek the advice of a DR. too in any case about Anxiety and depression...sometimes Meds are needed..sometimes not.  There have been some rumors/news about Lucinda the past few years, I wish she would address them with honesty. The program is a good tool though.
