  • Humberto Ramos anatomy style is amazing

  • i have the same last name lol XD

  • What kind of paper is it???

  • hehe....sweet

  • Yes , Portuguese ?

  • @felipinhoflamengo I don't think so, he looks Latin

  • I need Copics so badly, son.

  • Super!!!

  • for everyone wondering: he uses COPIC CIAO pens, I recoqnize those on this video, I got myself pack of 72 markers, they aint cheap but they hell yea are worth it!

  • Now I feel like re-reading Crimson.

  • two words

    fuckin amazing

  • Kinda weird, he looks like he's taking a shit in a diaper,or he's fat somethings going on with the lower half. Had potential though.

  • amazing just amazing

  • he uses copic or touch from shinhan art. they have a very wide range of colours as well as inks. aswell as blenders and shaders.

  • Just watching him make the marks as he fills the pants is a learning experience. Reminds me of the markers that car designers use.

  • spettacolo

  • Kinda dumb.

  • thx fr explanation ^^

  • i think he used a kaka feltip

  • what kind of pen he use to color hulks sketch please say if you know its too important....!!

  • might be sharpie or prismacolor. another good brand is copic sketch markers

  • I believe it's a Copic pen.

  • @choisez Yeahh...It's Copic Ciao.

  • @nipenthis64 those are copiks....

  • why the hell does hulk, or bruce wear purple bottoms? lol. im glad they addressed that in the newer movie and just gave him jeans.

  • haha

    good question

it was fashionable it the 70's or 80's (or whenever the hulk came out) haha

  • The reason Hulk has purple pants is mainly based on color theory, especially that pertaining to rules used in comic book character creation, as well as the fact that the characters were created at a time when printing methods only allowed for very basic color selections. But, purple and green are complimentary basic tertiary colors (meaning not red, yellow or blue, and opposite each other on the color wheel). Hulk is not necessarily a good guy, so he got tertiary colors, whereas Spidey got R,Y,B

  • @vonblinden22 interesting fact

  • @vonblinden22

While that's a great theory, I highly doubt Stan Lee had any clue about color theory when he helped create Hulk :D (you're right about the printing issue though, that's why Hulk was changed from gray to green).

  • @biofungus -Stan Lee didn't choose the colors, nor did he draw the concept characters. Stan Lee created concepts and wrote short 1-2 page plots, then everything went to Marvel's in-house artists. Stan Lee would give the final OK, but everything was actually hashed out by artists, which he was not.

Think about this... Spidey- Red & blue, Supes- Red, blue, yellow, Wonder Woman- Red, blue, yellow, Iron Man- Red & yellow, Joker- Purple & Green, Batman Gray & blue (He's a dark character), etc.

  • @vonblinden22

To hear Stan Lee tell it, he created EVERY aspect of those characters :p

  • @biofungus - Also, I'm not talking out my ass. I draw comics, and I have studied and read all that stuff. I think you can find the information where I learned that in the book: DC Comics Guide to Coloring and Lettering Comics.

I'm not absolutely sure that's the one where I read that, but I'm pretty sure. I have read a lot of books in my quest to become a comic artist.

  • @vonblinden22 thanks for the history lesson there bub...

  • @Hellhound30x Of course. My pleasure. Also, I need to recant on something I said earlier... I don't mean that Stan Lee had absolutely nothing to do with the character designs, I mean, obviously he had the final say about everything, and probably had A LOT of input in their designs, but I'm willing to bet that he chose final concepts from renderings created by the in-house artists, not to mention that all of the comic characters that have been around a long time have evolved and continue too.

  • @vonblinden22 actually to be more accurate, just about all of marvel's character and stories came from Jack Kirby and Joe Simon. Stan just about had no input. Stan would probably still be working in the marvel mail room if it werent for Kirby and Simon.

  • i will worship whoever finds out the brand of marker here

  • probably COPIC markers

  • Copic or Prisma. Just a guess.

  • could be sharpie or copic sketch markers

  • He is a great artist.

  • sorry i mean good drawers

  • left handed people are always got drawers

  • that is one badass Hulk, nothing like that pathetic dull green Ambercombie&Fitch model that starred in the last film

  • Any one know what type of markers he was using and If they are usable on any kind of paper

  • they look like "pantone" markers

  • I think theyre COPIC Ciao

  • kicks ass!! love his style

  • is it true they re made the hulk movie bcuz they were unhappy with the cgi pants in the original hulk since they looked like spandex instead of ripped jeans???

  • i think it was coz the first one sucked.

  • Yea

  • he looks like hes gonna drop a load lol !

  • it looks like hes constipated!!!!!!!!! lolololololololol

  • did you just draw the pans

  • He kicks ass i had a quick class with him back in the day hehe

  • this may be a tad unrelated to the drawing but why is that everytime the hulk transforms he is magically wearing purple pants when as bruce banner he was just wearing slacks?

  • It's not a sharpie its COPIC! like 6 bucks for one,but worth it...

  • hulk head seem small.

  • it is

  • uhh, he's not a grafitti artist... he makes thousands drawing comics. he's done almost every book out there.

  • i bet this guy is a killer graffiti artist...

  • was are kater and norton in the back round

  • Looks like he's using COPIC markers.

I think it looked cool to leave the pants untouched. No rendering, just line work, with rendered green skin. Ah'-la' George Petty.

    Humberto is awesome!

  • humberto i don't like his hair , the hair of banner is green

  • humbertos the best!

    what kinda pens are they?

  • thats awesome i have a wolvie and a ghost rider sketch from him but no colors
