Rover's is by far the best restaurant in Seattle and Thierry Rautureau is the best Chef. IMO, anyway. Who cares about the plating! The food is out of this world amazing.

@pazrotenberg Lets see you make a restaurant than huh? Come on, if you have a better restaurant idea you better show it to Seattle. Seattle has a ton of spaces available. I suggest locating your restaurant in Capitol Hill on Broadway.
