i liek sushi handmade :( i tried machin made and hand made honestly not much difference other than teh fact its been refrigerated,wrapped in plastic,touched by cold industrial metal and packaged whereas with handmade in some restraunts you see it made and you know and see what things go into making it

So they can charge you per piece and you can take it to go by hand. Also you dont have to clean your hands before eating it (provided you eat it by hand)
