  • We all grow older and wiser! Thank you for your talent Walter!

  • Great performance. Need more shots of the lovely backup singer though. :-)

  • Great Song ! Excellent performance by all

  • I would so love to meet him! Loved his music back in the day and still love it today :o) He had multi talents also from what I have heard and read. To the one that was lucky enough to have him as a teacher WOW! You are sooooo lucky!! Have any photos you can share?? This man is blessed by so many talents! Enjoy!

  • This song takes me to wonderful times in my life and was always a great song to fall back on just to feel better. Thank you for such a great song!

  • bravo....

  • He was my guitar teacher :p

  • Saw him at the Palimino Club in Hollywood during his prime. It's amazing to look at a video from the 70's and then to suddenly click on this one and see what he looks like and this was in 2003? I saw him and thought, OH MY GOD!! WTF!!! I can't believe what a little time can do to our looks. This life is going way too fast!!!! Guess I'm having a hard time coping with this aging thing!!!

  • @wattleskin yep I had the same reaction

  • dude, you rock, one of the best songs ever. Age gracefully sir

  • Egan is still cool!

  • I LOVE YOU WALTER EGAN, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ARTIST YOU ARE, YOU MUST HAVE BEEN APART OF HALL OF FAME, SHAME ON FLEETWOOD. I LOVE YOU WALTER. TAMMY

  • @XxRAGINGKIDxX1 What are you talking about? He was never a part of Fleetwood Mac, Stevie and Lindsey ssng backup on a couple of his songs. No reason for him to be included at their induction. Mick Fleetwood screwed over Bob Welch.

  • Good stuff!

  • still great!!! better looking now!!! is he married ?

  • He looks 60.. he still can carry his voice

  • Very nice and very professional. Where is this "Kulak's Shed"? I'm just kind of checking through YouTube seeing what kind of competition my granddaughter's up against with her new music video. It's obvious there are a lot of talented people out here.

  • at first I thought it was Annie McLoone but this woman is too young to be her......although she does do a great job.......whatever happened to Annie anyways?

  • This music still opens my heart just as it did when I was in my twenties. I love this music. I love Walter Egen. This song is timeless and Kulak's Woodshed is lucky indeed to have such a great national treasure performing. I wish Walter played at the bars where I hang out.

  • great video. This is my favorite song of his. I may very well be his only African-American fan.

  • @SirWegro

Nope Dr. Dre likes him. He gave him a co-writer credit on Eminem's new joint.

  • Frickin' awesome !!!11

  • he is absolutely amazing!!!!! I love him!

  • my fav. substitute

  • hes my substitute at school

  • He has the same facial expressions as he did when young. Great artist...very unusual man....but lovely. Wish Annie McLoone was with him on this:).

  • I noticed the same thing about the mannerisms myself, and the young woman singing with him startled me at first, you've got to admit that physically speaking, she bears more than a passing resemblance to Annie McLoone.

  • Where is Kulak's Woodshed located?

  • Laurel Canyon and Magnolia, N Hollywood, CA

    Thanks,

    Jamie

  • u dont hear people sing like that anymore...just great

  • Still great!!!

  • my all time fave song! Walter still has the pipes! the only thing missing is Annie McLoone singing back up

  • One of my all time favorite songs. Thank you posting such a great performance!

  • His voice still sounds good. Any artist that can pull off a live acoustic set is the real thing!Magnet & Steel is a classic

  • I was in shock when I saw him on the game show 'Scrabble' (I believe) about 20 years ago. (He lost, by the way :-(...)

  • Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham from Fleetwood Mac would be the ones there if the originals were playing along...

  • Great voice.

  • Nice song, and well performed Walter after all these years, by the way, is that the original girl, because if she is, damn! she is still cute baby!

  • walter still looks good! the woman is not the same person.

  • he has nice hair about how old do you think he is now ?love the song new and old

  • he will be 61 in July

  • great back ups. I see there is a comfy chair meant for me!

  • Great dimple

  • Hi Walter, It's your "CBS girlfriend" I am in Charlotte. Let me know what you are up to I would like to talk to you. I miss the good old days, remember the Pink Floyd concert you went with Warren. Another ex boyfriend of mine is in Nashville manager of Rodney Crowell.

  • You are soooo lucky! He is still a hunk!

  • my god what a jewel this is. still classic even acoustical

  • God Walter, where have you been! This song always came back to me, fond memories attached. I always wondered what happened to him. What a great thing this internet doohickey is!

  • He still got, good job!

  • How awesome. I love this guy!!

  • You know a song is good when it stands on its own two feet, kudos to walter!

  • he was a God back in the day

he is the King of the Gods today!

he got better with age! OMG!

  • I really like your acoustical version. excellent vocal harmony

  • That song was boss. Still love it after all these years.

  • I am the magnet attracted to good music

  • You da man, Walter. Saw you multiple times back in the '70. Incredibly tight band. Great stuff. Particularly liked the tune "Tuesday Weld".
