Since the Watchtower publications are not the inspired word of God but the Bible is, why can't we just study the Bible and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth? John 16:13. The Watchtower, August 15, 1950 Page 263 "However the Watchtower does NOT claim to be inspired in its utterances, nor is it dogmatic. It invites careful and critical examination of its contents in the light of Scriptures." Is this true?
