The 2nd one sounds just like the fasco bath fan at Dr. lauras dentis office and at my friend lisa's house. They both look just like the 1997 NuTone at the dentis office. I was born in 1997 as well. :-)

in my mother's house there is 2 of these fans! they are from 1996-1998 year range. 5/5 and a favorite!
