I tried using the method you did, whereby you let the pads run along your calves until your feet are flat. The only problem is, that I am either not heavy or tall enough, because the pads keep rolling right up to the backs of my knees (which in the video you said makes the exercise pointless). Basically, I'm having trouble getting the Pavelizer to stick underneath my calves. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

@aazan10 From Pavel: You are not tensing your glutes hard enough.
Pinch an imaginary coin with them When you
are doing the drill your butt should feel like a
hard wheel rolling underneath you. Also, you
may need to go with a lighter weight on your
Ab Pavelizer™ II for now.
Bottom line: you cannot flex your glutes too tight.
