@laportama Quite possibly the most intelligent invertebrate. If not them then something very closely related like a cuttlefish. They are about as smart as a house cat.

@Crayshack Actually Octopuses are even smarter then that. They can learn and solve complex problems in there head. They have been taught the difference in shapes and figures, proven to have outstanding memory, and one test showed that an octopus was able to quickly learn how to unscrew a jar when presented with one filled with clams. It took him almost no time in trying after his initial attempt to just pull the lid open.
